About Department
The Department of Botany offers courses on plant life, sustainability, and environmental guardianship. Our curriculum, aligned with the principles of the National Education Policy 2020, offers a holistic understanding of Botany and its practical applications. In addition to foundational courses like "Environmental Studies" and "Plant and Human Welfare," The department provides specialized knowledge through "Plant Propagation, Nursery Management, and Gardening." The department takes up allied activities to foster an appreciation for the vital role of plants in our ecosystem like adoption of plants by students thereby protect natural habitat.
